This is a revision petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for setting aside the impugned order dated 14.10.2021 passed by ACJ (SD), Dhuri, vide which the application filed by the respondents under Order VII Rule 11 read with Section 151 CPC has been allowed and the petitioner has been ordered to pay ad valorem Court fee. 2.

It has been brought to the notice of this Court that vide judgment dated 28.10.2025, the suit of the plaintiff has been dismissed and thus, the present petition has been rendered infructuous and be disposed of as such.
