(ORAL) At the outset, learned State counsel, on instructions, has submitted that FIR No.328 dated 07.08.2024 under Section 127(6) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (BNS) stands registered at Police Station City Kaithal, at the instance of father of petitioner No.1 against petitioner No.2.

In view of the instructions received by the learned State counsel, learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of the instant petition.
