JUSTICE AMIT RAWAL -.- AMIT RAWAL J.(ORAL) The contention of the petitioners is that in pursuance of the Resolution No.6 dated 12.08.2014 for allotment of plot as Ghade Khad, they had deposited an amount of `13,520/- vide receipt Annexure P-1. However, the said resolution was set aside by the Deputy Commissioner vide order dated 03.03.2016 (Annexure P-2) and affirmed by the Additional Chief Secretary vide order dated 16.11.2016 (Annexure P-3). Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he has submitted a representation dated 15.02.2017 (Annexure P-4) to respondent No.3 and will be satisfied if a direction is issued to the 3rd respondent to take appropriate action on the representation dated 15.02.2017 (Annexure P-4) within a stipulated period.

Without going into the merits and demerits of the claim of the petitioner, I deem it appropriate to direct the 3rd respondent-Municipal Corporation Sonepat, District Sonepat to take appropriate action on the representation dated 15.02.2017 (Annexure P-4) within a period four months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and if claim of the petitioners is found appropriate and just, the amount will be refunded PANKAJ KUMAR 2017.04.21 17:39 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
