(Oral) The petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to appoint the petitioners on the post of Primary Teacher against advertisement no.02/2012 dated 08.11.2012, Annexure P-1, pursuant to selection and recommendation of their names for appointment. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners contends that at this stage, the petitioners will be satisfied in case they are permitted to make fresh representation before respondent no.3 raising the grievance as has been raised in this petition, and the same may be ordered to be decided within a specified period.

Learned State counsel, appearing on advance notice, submits that in case any representation is filed by the petitioners within two weeks from PAYAL 2024.08.14 18:37 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment

CWP-19940-2024 -2today, the same will be decided by the third respondent-Secretary, Haryana Staff Selection Commission, by passing a speaking order thereupon within eight weeks of receiving the representation.

In view of the statement made, learned counsel for the petitioners has no objection to the petition being disposed of in terms thereof. 5.
