AMIT RAWAL J. (Oral) Challenge in the present writ petition to the arbitration award dated 08.10.2015 (Annexure P-4) passed by the Arbitration Tribunal under the Micro Small and Medium Enterprises Facilitation Act, 2006. Remedy for the petitioner is to assail the arbitration award under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 within stipulated period.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave of the Court for withdrawal of the present writ petition with liberty to avail the remedy in accordance with law.
