**** SANDEEP MOUDGIL , J.(ORAL) The jurisdiction of this Court has been invoked under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for directing respondent Nos.2 and 3 to protect life and personal liberty of the petitioners at the hands of private respondents. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will be satisfied in case a direction be issued to respondent No.3-Senior Superintendent of Police, Amritsar Rural, District Amritsar, to look into the representation dated 29.07.2024 (Annexure P-1), within a time bound manner.
