The claim of the petitioner appears to have already been taken into consideration in exercise of powers under Rules 11(a) of the Bar Associations (Constitution and Registrations ) Rules, 2015 by the Bar Council of Punjab and Haryana vide order dated 4.9.2016 (Annexure P-2) requiring the Bar Association, Narwana to give an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner before passing any order. Resolution dated 16.8.2016 passed against the petitioner has already been set aside. The petitioner claims that despite there being an order passed by the Bar Council of Punjab and Haryana, no action has been taken by the Bar Association, Narwana. The petitioner has already approached the Chairman, Bar Council of Punjab and Haryana vide Annexure P-4. The High Court in exercise of writ jurisdiction is not supposed to act as an executing Court for the implementation of the order passed by the Bar Council of Punjab and Haryana.
Since the petitioner has already approached the Chairman, Bar Council of Punjab and Haryana vide Annexure P-4, notice of motion to respondent No.2.
