The petitioner seeks grant of interim bail for a period of 2 months on the ground that petitioner's father is ill and is presently on ventilator. 2.

Notice of motion had been issued and the respondent - State of Haryana had been directed to verify the assertions made in the petition as regards the ailment of petitioner's father.

Learned State counsel, upon instructions from Inspector Suresh Kumar, has informed that petitioner's father is admitted in Adesh Hospital, Shahbad and has been diagnosed to be a case of cardiac arrest. 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the FIR infact came to be lodged under some misunderstanding, which has now been resolved and Pankaj Kakkar 2024.08.14 18:22 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document

CRM-M-39525-2024 (O&M) ( 2 ) separate petition for quashing of FIR on the basis of compromise i.e. CRMM-29262-2024 has already been filed in this Court. 5.

Having regard to the information furnished by learned State counsel as regards the ailment of petitioner's father and also the fact that the matter is stated to have been compromised, the instant petition is allowed and the petitioner is ordered to be released on interim bail forthwith upto 14.10.2024, subject to his furnishing bail bonds/surety bonds to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate/Duty Magistrate concerned. 6.

The petitioner, after availing interim bail, shall surrender before the Jail Authorities on the morning of 15.10.2024 by 10:00 A.M .
