The petitioner had appeared in UGC-NET-2017 under Roll No.62004702 in the subject of Computer Science under Subject Code 87 on 05.11.2017. After the examination, the respondents uploaded the answer key on 12.12.2017, in which the correct answer for Question No.13 of Paper-II was marked as Option (2). It is alleged that on 06.01.2018, after considering certain objections, final answer key was uploaded and the answer to Question No.13 was changed from Option (2) to Option (1). Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the answer Option (2), given by the petitioner, was the right answer to the aforesaid Question No.13 and in this regard, he has referred to certain private publications.

After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner, examining the available record and taking into consideration the entire facts and circumstances, I am of the considered opinion that there is no merit in the

CWP No.5340 of 2018 [ 2 ] ***** present case as the Court cannot rely upon certain private publications for the purpose of changing the answer key.
