(Oral) Petitioner is seeking direction to the respondents to treat the petitioner as eligible for the post of PGT Physics for which she has applied against advertisement No. 4/2015 and call her for interview. On notice a reply has been filed by the Comission stating therein that the petitioner was declared not eligible due to not passing of HTET. The scrutiny format of the petitioner is Annexure R-4/1. The HTET exam has already been held in the year 2017 and result was also declared. The reply was filed on 03.05.2018 and the result of HTET of December, 2017 had been declared in April, 2018.

In view of the above factual position, this petition is being dispose of by giving direction to the respondents that if the petitioner qualifies the HTET exam in April 2018, she shall be considered eligible.
