Learned counsel would contend that the petitioner belongs to ESM category as also is disabled soldier, as is apparent from Annexures P-1 to P-4, however, in the application form, inadvertently, he could not mention the same but in the CET, he had qualified as also appeared in the 2nd stage of CET on 14.08.2024. He has sought the correction regarding priority in terms of the instructions dated 09.03.2022, Annexure P-15 and the process of selection is at the initial stage and there shall be no prejudice caused to him, with regard to which, representations dated 09.08.2024 and 12.08.2024, duly diarisied i.e. Diary No.12210/09.08.2024 and 12260-12.08.20224, have been submitted, which have yet not evoked any response. He thus, at this stage, on instructions from the petitioner, prays that a direction be given to the respondents to decide the same in a time bound manner.
