BHARDWAJ , J (ORAL) The jurisdiction of this Court is invoked under Article 226 of the Constitution by way of seeking a writ of mandamus directing respondent Nos.1 to 5 to pay terminal benefits to the petitioners arising on account of the death of their father in service.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the matter has been compromised between the parties and he has instructions from his clients to withdraw the petition.

Learned counsel for the respondents has no objection to the prayer. Disposed of as having been withdrawn.
