This is a petition under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiation of proceedings against the respondent for violation of the order 07.03.2024 passed in CRM-M-12165-2024. 2.

Learned State counsel submits that a speaking order in compliance of order dated 07.03.2024 passed in CRM-M-12165-2024 has since been passed. A copy of the same has been handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

In view of the speaking order passed, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail his remedies as available in law. Permitted to do so. 4.

Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
