On the last date of hearing, the following order was passed:- "Despite last opportunity, no efforts have been made by the learned counsel for the petitioner to serve the respondent in the present case.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the respondent has shifted to a new address and he may be served at the present address.

Prayer is accepted.

The petitioner is directed to supply the correct and complete address of the respondent within a period of one week from today. On his doing so, fresh notice may be issued for the service of the respondent for 07.08.2024.

Issue dasti process as well.

It is, however, made clear that no further opportunity shall be granted to the petitioner". 2.

Even today, learned counsel for the petitioner is unable to provide complete and correct address of the respondent. 3.

The present petition is ordered to be dismissed for want of prosecution.
