This is a petition under Sections 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiation of proceedings against the respondents for non-compliance of the order dated 30.07.2020 passed in CWP-10977-2020. 2.

Learned counsel for the State has pointed out that the present contempt petition was directed to be heard with COCP-3279-2025, wherein similar issues were raised, which has been dismissed by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 20.08.2025. 3.

In view thereof, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt petition and the same is disposed off as such. Rule stands discharged. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off. 4.
