Prayer in this petition filed under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. is for issuance of directions to respondents No.2 and 3 to conduct a fair and unbiased enquiry in FIR No.77 dated 30.07.2021 under Sections 323, 324, 325, 355, 500, 149 of the IPC, registered at Police Station Ghall Khurd, District Ferozepur and to add offences punishable under the appropriate provisions of law qua the accused persons.

Learned State counsel, on instructions, has submitted that not only has the challan been presented; charges have been framed in the present case, and even one witness out of the 27 cited by the prosecution stand examined.
