'No one has put in appearance on behalf of the appellants. Similar was the position on the last date of hearing. In the interest of justice, adjourned to 28.04.2025.

To be heard along with FAO-7417-2016 on the date already fixed therein'.

Today, again, none has put in appearance on behalf of the appellants despite the matter being called twice since morning. It appears that the appellants are not interested in pursuing the present appeal. 3.
