Through this petition, the petitioners seek anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.102 dated 09.06.2021, registered at Police Station Talwandi Sabo, District Bathinda, under Sections 22(b) and 29 NDPS Act, 1985.

Vide order dated 22.11.2021 passed by this Court, the petitioners had been granted ad interim pre-arrest bail and directed to join investigation.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from HC Bhupender Singh, submits that the petitioners have joined investigation and are now not required for any further investigation.
