Limited prayer herein is to seek a administrative decision on the pending representation dated 25.12.2018(Annexure P-1) vide which a prayer has been made to clear the unpaid bills of the petitioner for his professional services as an advocate on behalf of the respondents in a case titled as Surjit Singh Vs. SDO Electricity Operation, Chandigarh. 2.

Mr. Abhay Pal Singh Gill, AAG Punjab, who has joined the proceedings on advance service of copy of petition, accepts notice on behalf of respondents.

In view of restricted prayer of the petitioner, no further pleadings are required. Hence, without adverting to the merits of the case and/or admissibility of the pending bills etc., the instant petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to consider the representation dated 25.12.2018(Annexure P-1) submitted by the petitioner and decide the same, as expeditiously as possible.
