[2] This petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. is filed seeking anticipatory bail in FIR No. 168, dated 18th June, 2021 under Sections 323, 324, 506 IPC read with Section 34 IPC (Section 326 IPC was added later on), registered at Police Station P.S. Sultanpur Lodhi, District Kapurthala.
