(ORAL) The instant writ petition was filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuing a writ in the nature of certiorari to set aside the selection made by the respondents to fill up the posts of Teachers. The matter stood admitted giving liberty to the petitioners to implead the selected candidates. The matter is taken up for hearing today and on instructions received from Mr. Ajaivir Singh, assisting counsel, learned senior counsel for the petitioners submits that he is unable to contact his clients and is prima facie of the opinion that the matter may have been rendered infructuous. He prays that the present writ petition be disposed of by giving liberty to the petitioners to revive the writ petition within a period of three months from today in case any grievance remains to be adjudicated upon. Ordered accordingly. Writ petition is disposed of as infructuous with aforesaid liberty.
