(ORAL) This writ petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India has been filed for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the impugned order dated 28.03.2017 (Annexure P-6) passed by respondent No.1, notices dated 09.12.2016 (Annexure P-3) and 14.02.2017 (Annexure P-4) under Sections 13(2) and 13(4), respectively, of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he may be allowed to withdraw this petition with liberty to file fresh one on the same cause of action by incorporating necessary and factual matrix and annexing the relevant documents therewith.
