(ORAL) Learned counsel for the respondents, on instructions from Mr. Rajesh Monga, Law Officer of the Commission (respondent No. 1), submits that meetings as regards the claim/grievance of the petitioner have since been held on 15.03.2018 and 22.03.2018, respectively. And two of the Members have even signed the proceedings, whereas it is yet to be signed by the Chairman of the Commission, which too shall be signed in normal course, maximum in about two weeks from today. That being so, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nothing substantive survives in this petition, at least at this stage, and, therefore, he be permitted to withdraw the same. Dismissed as withdrawn.
