Present petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for seeking pre-arrest bail to the petitioner, namely Rohit in case FIR No. 277 dated 04.06.2018, registered under Section(s) 147, 149, 323, 379 & 506 IPC at Police Station Sector 10, Gurugram, District Gurugram.

After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner contended that petitioner shall surrender before the learned trial Court within a period of one week from today and move an application for admitting him to regular bail.
