HARINDER SINGH SIDHU, J Criminal writ petition filed by the petitioner, who is presently lodged in the District Jail, was disposed of on the undertaking furnished by learned State counsel that keeping in view the apprehension of the petitioner, the Cell of the petitioner, where he is lodged, would be changed. Learned State counsel, on instructions from the official concerned, submits that the petitioner has since been shifted to another Cell. In view thereof, present petition is disposed of as having become infructuous.
