The prayer made in the present petition is for directing the respondents to refix the seniority of the Sub Divisional Officers (Panchayati Raj) placing the petitioner senior to his juniors and to step up his pay. 2.

Learned State counsel has drawn the attention of this Court to the speaking order dated 05.09.2023, passed during the pendency of the present petition appended as Annexure R-2/T, wherein the claim of the petitioner has been rejected.
