RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying for setting aside orders dated 14.12.2020 vide which respondent Nos.2 and 3 have been granted concession of anticipatory bail by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Ludhiana, in case FIR No.0120, dated 15.10.2020, under Sections 498-A, 406, 506 IPC, registered at Police Station Doraha, Khanna.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition.

Allowed as prayed for.

Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
