(Oral) The petitioner alleges non-compliance of the order dated 12.07.2021 passed in CWP No.35543 of 2019, vide which a direction was issued to the authorities to take immediate steps with regard to the restoration of sewerage system and electricity connection. Counsel for respondent No.2, as per the affidavit of the Sub-Divisional Engineer, Punjab Small Industry and Export Limited, submits that the electricity connection as well as the sewerage system has been restored.

Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of having been rendered infructuous.
