  JASJIT SINGH BEDI, J. (Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of directions to respondents No.2 and 3 to conduct a fair and impartial investigation in FIR No.80 dated 05.10.2016, under Sections 447, 341, 427, 506, 34 IPC, registered at Police Station Kabarwala, District Sri Muktsar Sahib.

The learned State counsel submits that the cancellation report has been prepared and shall be submitted before the same Court within a period of two weeks.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail his alternative remedy, in accordance with law.
