RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Present petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. praying for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.321, dated 10.09.2023, under Sections 63 and 65 of Copy Right Act, 1957 and Sections 120-B, 272, 273, 420 IPC, registered at Police Station Julana, District Jind, Haryana.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of this petition with liberty to the petitioner to surrender before the trial Court. He prays for issuance of directions to the trial Court to decide bail application of the petitioner in a time-bound manner.

Allowed as prayed for. Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. In case the petitioner surrenders before the concerned Court within a week from today and applies for regular bail, the competent Court would decide the same expeditiously in accordance with law.
