(ORAL) Perusal of the file shows that the matter pertains to the year 2022 and for the last 02 dates of hearing i.e. 28.09.2023 and 15.12.2023, the petitioners have gone un-represented. Today, also for the 3rd time the petitioners have gone un-represented, despite the case having been called twice. Therefore, it can safely be presumed that the petitioners or their counsel are no more interested in pursuing the present petition. In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
