Present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, inter alia, for quashing the impugned order dated 12.09.2022 (Annexure P-7), passed by respondent No. 2, whereby transfer of petitioner was cancelled.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel, on instructions from petitioner, submits that instead of pressing the present petition on merits, his client would be satisfied in case the representation dated 03.08.2022 (P-8) is decided expeditiously.

In response to above, learned State Counsel raises no objection against the innocuous prayer of the petitioner. In view of the above, present writ petition is disposed off with direction to the competent authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representation dated 03.08.2022 (P-8) sympathetically, but in accordance DINESH KUMAR 2022.09.23 14:39 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document with law, within two (02) weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of
