Through the instant petition, a challenge is thrown to the interim order dated 05.08.2020, passed by the State Information Commissioner, Haryana, wherethrough, the petitioner, which is a Haryana Staff Selection Commission, was directed to submit a report qua 23 candidates, and there were certain other directions that some officer of the Commission was required to cause their personal appearance. It is informed to this Court that during the pendency of the instant petition, final order has been passed on 13.08.2021, which was placed before this Court by way of CM No.12574 of 2021. This Court, vide interim order dated 07.09.2021, stayed the operation of the final order. 2.

From the perusal of the instant writ petition, it transpired that, till date, the petitioner has made no efforts to amend the writ petition to throw challenge to the final order. Once the final order is passed, the interim order merged into the final order. Therefore, this Court is of the view that the instant petition has been rendered infructuous. However, in case, the petitioner still has a grievance left, it has the liberty to challenge the final order by filing the apt motion.

Dismissed as having been rendered infructuous, however, with the aforesaid liberty.
