(ORAL) CM-14594-C-2018 in RSA-475-2010 and CM-14578-C-2018 in RSA-522-2010 These are applications moved by respondent No.1 herein for placing on record Compromise deed dated 25.08.2018 (Annexure CA) (sic. Ex.CA) and for disposal of appeal in terms of the compromise deed. Instead of rendering piecemeal decision, it is deemed appropriate to decide the main cases and no separate orders in these applications are required to be passed.

Applications stand disposed of, accordingly.

Main cases Legal representative(s) of Amru Ram based on the Will executed by him in favour of his widowed wife, at the outset, seeks to withdraw the present appeals, though withdrawal of the same is being opposed by learned counsel representing one of the legal representatives, namely, Jaswant Kaur (appellant No.2). Objection is that said Legal representatives have not been given any share as per the Will and they seek liberty to challenge the Will. Liberty as sought is granted. They may institute appropriate proceedings before the competent Court to assail the Will, ibid. Meanwhile, interim protection granted vide detailed order of even date passed in RSA-4338-2009 shall continue to operate, subject to decision of competent Court qua the veracity of the Will as well as the rival claim of widow of deceased son Satpal with respect to the property being devolved in accordance with succession, as the case may be. Disposed of in above terms.
