(ORAL) The appellant challenges order dated 17.4.2014 passed by Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Sunam, dismissing his petition for custody and guardianship of the minor children. Counsel for the appellant submits, on instructions, from the appellant that he shall accept the impugned order provided the appellant is granted adequate visitation rights. Counsel for the respondent states, on instructions, from the respondent who is present in court, that as the appellant has accepted the impugned judgment, she has no objection to the grant of visitation rights as may be directed by this court. FAO No.7483 of 2014 2 the impugned order, dispose of the appeal in the following terms:- (1) The appellant shall be entitled to visitation rights with respect to the minor children Yash Singla and Umesh Singla.

(2) The respondent shall ensure the presence of the minor in the office of the Secretary, Legal Services Authority, Sangrur on the First Saturday of each month subject to the availability of Yash Singla, who is studying in Chandigarh but it is made clear that this fact should not be misused by the respondent to prevent Yash Singla from meeting his father. (3) The meeting shall take place from 3.00 PM to 5.00 PM in the presence of the Secretary, Legal Services Authority, Sangrur.

(4) The grand father of the minors shall be entitled to accompany the applicant during these meetings. The parties may approach this court by way of an appropriate application in case they require any modification of the order.
