**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J.(Oral) Petitioner has assailed the order dated 02.11.2021 passed by the Addl. Principal Judge, Family Court, Ludhiana, Camp Court, Payal vide which restraint order under Order 39 Rules 1 and 2 CPC granted by the Court was vacated. The Court has observed that the respondent had already transferred land measuring 21 bighas 3 biswas 15 biswansis in favour of petitioner and his sons namely Surinder Singh and Surjit Singh vide transfer deed dated 30.05.2019 along with all rights and two electric motor connections. Mutation of the said land has already been sanctioned in favour MOHMED ATIK 2021.12.03 17:19 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CR-2908-2021  of the beneficiaries. Respondent has acquired land measuring 9 bighas 18 biswas from one Gurmail Kaur vide the gift deed. Respondent has also purchased some land from Jagtar Singh vide sale deed dated 05.06.1990. Respondent is in possession of the aforesaid small chunk of land.

The trial Court has also observed that respondent has been shunted out from his house and the petitioner is living along with her sons. Presently, respondent is living in village Payal with his relatives. He has also moved an application to the Police on 06.06.2021 in respect of snatching of amount and gold ring by the petitioner's side.

For the reasons recorded in the impugned order, there is no ground to interfere in this revision petition. The same is accordingly dismissed.
