F) On 02.11.2024 Lovleen Chahal visited for harvesting her field but the son of petitioner Surinderpal Singh namely Sumit Pannu and his wife Manjit Kaur asked her not to do so. Due to this reason a case FIR No.116 dated 02.11.2024 under section 126(2), 115(2), 3(5) BNS PS Sri Hargobindpur was registered against Sumit Pannu and Manjit Kaur. The said case is under investigation.

G) There is a dispute between both the parties regarding the partition of their ancestral properties and the cases are pending in the Id. court of SDM Batala and DC Gurdaspur.;
