(Oral) Prayer in this writ petition is for directing respondent Nos. 2 and 3 to de-seal the residential house of petitioners and handover its keys. Possession of the house in question was taken by respondent-Bank under provisions of Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002.

Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to petitioners to avail statutory remedy/ies available to them in accordance with law.
