Reply has been filed on behalf of the Bank in court today. Same is taken on record.

At the outset, it is submitted that since the merger formalities are complete, the grievance of the petitioner as made out in the representation, Annexure P-11, shall be considered and appropriate order shall be passed.

In view of the above, no further direction by the writ court is necessary. Disposed of. It is, however, directed that the issue be decided as early as possible preferably within a period of 06 weeks.
