Challenge in this writ petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for quashing the impugned order dated 18.04.2017 (Annexure P-10) issued by respondent No. 4, whereby the petitioner has been blacklisted.

Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from Mr. Nirmal Singh, District Controller, Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs, Tarn Taran, District Tarn Taran, states that petitioner is already continuing with Savita 2017.09.05 14:34 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document High Court Chandigarh

CWP No.8242 of 2017 {2} the contract in pursuance to the interim order passed by this Court. However, the order impugned dated 18.04.2017 (Annexure P-10) blacklisting the petitioner on account of being unsuccessful in employing labour at B.S.Dhillon, Rajan Bedi, Punjab Rice Land, Harsh Agro, Randhawa Foodgrain and K.D.R, shall be reviewed and in such circumstances, it was submitted that the same shall not be acted upon and is inoperative.

In view of the above, writ petition has been rendered infructuous and is disposed of accordingly.
