CRM-M-44314 of 2023 Learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh on the same cause of action after laying challenge to the challan (report under Section 173 of Cr.P.C) and charges framed therein as well.

Permission is granted. The present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
