(Oral) The petitioner has approached this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking quashing of the sale notice/order dated 05.08.2017 (Annexure P-5), issued under Rules 8(6) of the Security Interest (Enforcement) Rules 2002. A further prayer for staying the operation of Annexure P-5 during the pendency of the writ petition, has also been made. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the necessary relief has since been granted to the petitioner, therefore, the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous. Accordingly, a prayer was made that the same may be disposed of as such.
