**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J.(Oral) In view of reply filed by way of affidavit of Jaswinder Singh Tiwana, PPS, Deputy Superintendent of Police, City-II, District Patiala, it has been disclosed that there is a dispute between the parties in respect of partition of the land and standing trees over the joint land. They are not satisfied with the demarcation proceedings. Even proceedings under Section 107/151 Cr.P.C have been initiated.

In view of inquiry report conducted by the DSP on being entrusted the same by the Superintendent of Police, no further order is required to be passed in this case, however, the petitioner would be at liberty to avail his legal remedies in PRINCE SAINI 2023.05.24 15.56 I attest to the authenticity and integrity of this order/judgment
