Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that respondents No.4 to 14 had forcibly entered into the house of the petitioner and had torn her clothes and had inflicted injuries and that the petitioner was also got examined medically in respect of the injuries sustained by her on 25.3.2019 and although the petitioner has been approaching the police, but no action has been taken thereupon. It has further been submitted that the petitioner had made a representation dated 12.7.2019 (Annexure P-1) in this regard, but even the said representation has remained undecided. 2.

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and without expressing anything on merits of the case, the petition is disposed of with a direction GAURAV SOROT 2019.09.05 17:36 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
