An application has been moved by the applicant-petitioner to place on record the order whereby it is claimed that he has been exonerated by the enquiry officer. He submits that his limited prayer is that the issue of his transfer back to Ferozepur needs reconsideration by the competent authority.

Petition is hereby disposed of with the observation that the aforesaid issue may be reconsidered by the concerned authority within six weeks.
