**** AJAY KUMAR MITTAL, J. (Oral) On July 11, 2017, the respondent had filed the short written statement, wherein, it was stated that inspite of the liberty having been granted to the petitioner, the petitioner has not chosen to participate in the fresh tenders. It was submitted that the fresh tender was allotted to M/s Sunrise Facilitators (P) Ltd., 2235/1, 2nd Floor, Pipliwala Town, Manimajra, vide letter dated 02.06.2017 (Annexure R-1).

In view thereof, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition and liberty be granted to the petitioner to file a fresh petition on the same cause of action as well as impugning the allotment made to M/s Sunrise Facilitators (P) Ltd. 3.

Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. 4.

It was submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that vide order dated 24th April, 2017, this Court had directed the respondents to preserve any video or CCTV recording including from 06.03.2017 till further orders. It was thus prayed that the respondent be directed to Jawala Ram 2017.07.21 15:06 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh

CWP No. 8270 of 2017 - 2 - preserve the same for a further period of three months. 4.

Learned counsel for the respondent does not raise any objection with regard to the aforesaid prayer of the petitioner and submitted that any video or CCTV recording in terms of order dated 24th April, 2017, shall be preserved for a period of three months from today.
