JUSTICE AMIT RAWAL -.- AMIT RAWAL J.(ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court for withdrawal of the writ petition as inadvertently, the order dated 03.07.2014 (Annexure P-3) has been challenged, though it is in favour of the petitioner with liberty to file a fresh one on the same cause of action. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.

There is already a caveat filed by Mr. K.B. Raheja. In case any fresh writ petition is filed, Mr. Ghai will supply a copy of the writ petition in advance to Mr. Raheja.
