(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition is for setting aside orders dated 09.05.2024 (Annexure P-9) and 13.05.2024 (Annexure P-10) being contrary to Annexure P-12 and also against Govt. Policy (Annexure P-1), with further prayer that interim bail/parole already granted by this Court vide order dated 16.04.2024 (Annexure P-7) be kindly extended. After arguing for sometime, when this Court is not inclined to interfere in the matter; learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition, at this stage. Permitted to do so.

Dismissed as withdrawn, at this stage.
