(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C., for grant of concession of bail to the petitioner, in case FIR No. 26, dated 22.04.2020, registered under Sections 376, 506 of IPC and Section 6 of the POCSO Act, 2012, lodged at Police Station Ghali Khurd, Feorzepur. Learned State counsel at the outset, on instructions from ASI Dilbagh Singh, has apprised the Court that the prosecution evidence stands concluded and the case is now fixed for defense evidence and hence, the trial is likely to conclude in the near future.

In the circumstances, no ground is made out to extend the concession of bail to the petitioner.

Dismissed.
