The present petition under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023, is for issuance of directions to respondent Nos.2 and 3 to forthwith submit a final investigation report under Section 193 BNSS in the court of competent jurisdiction in case bearing FIR No.248 dated 12.09.2023, under Sections 406, 420, 506 IPC and Section 13 of Punjab Travel Professionals (Regulation) Act, 2014, registered at PS Phillaur, District Jalandhar Rural, along with further prayer to decide the representation dated 13.06.2025. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he had moved a representation dated 13.06.2025 (Annexure P-2) before respondent No.2, but no action on the same has been taken till date and he would be satisfied, if respondent No.2 is directed to look into and decide the said representation.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2-the Senior Superintendent of Police, Jalandhar Rural, District Jalandhar, to look into the aforesaid representation, and to take appropriate action as per law, if any required, at the earliest.
